At the tender age of four, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has very definite ideas about her wardrobe.

And yesterday, the tomboy was spotted stomping through LAX in chunky 'bovver boots' with her mother Angelina, 35, and sister Zahara, five.

The little jet-setter was dressed in grey shorts and a polo shirt and was carrying a green backpack.

Angelina recently said her daughter has 'Montenegro style', leaving fashion observers a little flummoxed by the obscure description.

The actress added: 'She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers.'

Shiloh is something of a bright spark, according to her grandfather Jon Voight.
The veteran actor says: 'All the kids are smart, I tell you.

'They're beautiful children. Shiloh - boy, she's a smart one.'

Angelina recently returned from a trip to Pakistan as part of her work as a US Goodwill Ambassador.

She says all her children - including Maddox, eight, Pax, six, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - are aware of her philanthropic efforts.

'I tell my children why I'm going and I explain to them, why I was packing flashlights and food,' she says.

'They help me pack things. It helps them to be better people to understand a little bit about the world.'

She's never been one to shy away from a brave fashion choice, so it was no surprise to see Kylie Minogue arriving at The Kid premiere in London wearing a stunning feathered cut out dress.


The 42-year-old singer looked incredible in the daring black outfit, which she teamed with a pair of black and gold wedges, as she posed for photographers on the red carpet.

As well as showing her support for director Nick Moran for the film about an abused boy, Kylie attended the event in support of the NSPCC, a charity of which she is an ambassador.

The singer, who described how lucky she felt to have had a happy childhood, said she was proud to be associated with the charity, adding: 'I have been one of their ambassadors - a very proud one - since 2003.

'I will give any help that I can to raise awareness - especially for the NSPCC helpline - that is just so important for people to know about.'

Kylie looked radiant at the premiere, showing no sign of any stress over taking medication for her breast cancer treatment.

Earlier this week, Kylie revealed she has often visited her doctors in tears because she doesn't want to take the drugs anymore, but her oncologist has insisted they are vital in her recovery.

And Kylie said she will continue on the drugs until next year, explaining: 'I will finish early next year and that will be amazing, but I’ve also heard that you can feel quite insecure when you first come off it because you have relied on this medication for so long. It’s going to be a big adjustment.'

The Kid, which has a 15 certificate, is based on the book by Kevin Lewis about his childhood experiences of being bullied at school, and beaten and starved by his parents.

A NSPCC spokesman said: 'The NSPCC believes The Kid is a compelling, emotional and ultimately uplifting film that shows how a child with the right help can triumph over abuse, and go on to have a happy, fulfilled life.

'The charity hopes that every adult who watches the film understands how vital it is to speak up if they are worried about a child.'

Oscar buzz: Natalie is already being tipped for an Oscar for her role in the Darren Aronofsky thriller


Natalie Portman made a quick change at the Toronto International Film Festival today as she promoted her new film Black Swan.

The 29-year-old actress started the day in a casual knitted grey dress and black pumps for a press conference for the film before changing into a pretty black and white ruffled dress and heels for the movie's premiere.

And it's no wonder Natalie couldn't keep the smile off her face, as she has already been tipped for an Oscar for her role in the film, which has received rave reviews at the festival.

Speaking about the buzz surrounding the film today, Natalie said: 'It's very, very flattering. The best thing you can hope for is that people are entertained and moved by your work. And people are responding really positively.'

In the film, Natalie plays Nina, a prima ballerina chosen to lead a New York City production of Swan Lake in the Darren Aronofsky-directed thriller centred around the relationship between two competing dancers.

And Natalie had to undertake intense ballet training to ensure she was in the best shape possible for the film.

The movie also stars Winona Ryder and is released in the UK later this year.

It's the red carpet faux pas every celebrity dreads - a gust of wind blows up your dress, causing an embarrassing encounter in front of fans and photographers.

And that's what very nearly happened to Eva Mendes as she arrived at the London premiere of her new movie The Other Guys in Leicester Square.

The 36-year-old actress looked stunning in her shot silk green embellished minidress, but perhaps hadn't factored in the London wind as she greeted fans and signed autographs.

As a result, Eva spent the majority of her time outside holding down her dress to ensure she didn't show anything she didn't want to.

Talking about working with Mark, Ferrell said: 'I think we had a big read through for Sony and Mark, like, killed it. I thought I was really bad and I was just like “Oh my god, Mark is so funny.”

'There was just something about writing stuff in his voice that made us laugh so hard just how serious he was and we were like “Look at you. Why do you do that?” '
Wahlberg added: 'Yeah, me and Will approach the work the same way: be as real and as serious as possible no matter how absurd it is.

'The more absurd it is then the more humor people will find in it. It really is about committing. We never said, “Here’s an opportunity to try to be funny,” but lets be as real as possible. I think the more committed we are that furthers the potential for laughs and humour.'

The role is a slight departure for Wahlberg, who has recently be seen in Shooter and The Departed, but he says he thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace.

He added: 'If you look at I Heart Huckabees and The Departed there was comedic elements in those performances, but obviously the tone was just a little bit different.

'If you turn the tone a little bit to the left or a little bit to the right that makes everything shift.

'It was a nice fit for me and I wanted to do a comedy.

He started his wizarding career as a fresh-faced 11-year-old.

But in the latest and final chapter of the hit franchise, Harry Potter has come of age.

In newly released stills from the forthcoming Part 1 of Deathly Hallows, Daniel Radcliffe is seen looking into a broken mirror, sporting an unshaven, stubbly look.

No doubt the shattered looking glass holds some greater significance than Harry just checking out his unkempt appearance.

In the final instalment, Harry goes on an intrepid adventure with friends Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) in a bid to topple the evil Lord Voldermort.

Other images released today show the trio looking rather downcast as they traipse along together. In another he is seen coming to blows with his former teacher Professor Remus Lupin (David Thewlis).

Harry is also shown alone walking through the darkness, lighting the way with his wand.

The first part of the final two films begins as Harry, Hermione and Ron set out on a perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort’s immortality by finding the remaining horcruxes, where the Dark Lord has hidden portions of his soul.

Without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, who met a sticky end in The Half Blood Prince, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever - as dark forces threaten to tear them apart.

The final two movies are likely to be the darkest Harry Potter films yet.

Speaking about how difficult it was to shoot two Harry Potter films back to back, Radcliffe told fans at the BFI Movie-Con III in London recently: 'It was hard.

Before, the producers and directors were very good at taking all the pressure on their shoulders, but this time going into it we were slightly more nervous than we were before, because we didn’t want to screw it up as it's the last one.

'It was a long shoot, near enough 18 months, but a film set is the best place in the world as far as I’m concerned. The first part is a very weird road movie kind of thing.

'The first part is slower paced, but only compared to the second part. There’s more of an exploration of the relationships between the characters, that’s tested for the first times. And you’re not in Hogwarts, which gives it a very different feel from the other movies

'This is the first time I’m genuinely excited to see the film. Because it was filmed over such a long period, I’ve genuinely forgotten what we shot early on.'

Radcliffe's co-star Watson said before shooting the final scenes that she was certain she would find it difficult to film the exit scene, adding: 'It's been half of our lives. It's made us, it's formed us. It's such a big part of my life so it will be really sad.'

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows sees director David Yates back at the helm.

He was also behind Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix and Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince.

The second Deathly Hallows film will see Harry, Hermione and Ron aged, using the same ageing technology employed by experts on The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button.

Speaking about how she would find it to see herself as a 40-year-old, Watson laughed: 'I can't wait to see that!'

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is released on November 19.

Kelly Brook exposed her best assets once again at yet another Piranha 3D premiere last night, this time by wearing a plunging neckline in Paris.

French cinemas were hit by the 3D horror flick following its release in the UK and U.S. and Kelly took time out from posing to chat to fans.

The 30-year-old Playboy cover girl signed scantily-clad film posters for male fans in-between flaunting her famous curves for photographers in a silver frock.

The actress and model flashed her pearly white smile alongside director Alexandre Aja, who brought us horror’s such as The Hills Have Eyes before launching man eating piranhas onto the big screen.

Despite having her cleavage on display yet again, Miss Brook looked elegant in the tutu-inspired gown with embroidered detailing across the bodice.

She finished off the ensemble with strappy silver stilettos and of course a pair of 3D glasses, which she showcased at the Gaumont Capucines cinema

In its opening weekend, the film came in at number four in the UK box office chart and at number six in the U.S.

And a representative for Dimension Films has revealed they ‘can’t wait’ to start working on a sequel.

Producer Mark Canton said in a statement:‘We are thrilled that audiences are not just loving Piranha 3D, but cheering for it.

‘And it’s fantastic that so many critics are really getting the movie and recommending it.’

But Kelly’s character might not make it to the sequel after facing her fate with the deadly piranhas in the first film.
